Ulster booked their place in the Magners League semi-final and an away trip to Leinster following a hard fought victory against the Newport Gwent Dragons in Rodney Parade.
Two tries from centre Nevin Spence inside the first 20 minutes got Ulster off to a flying start, with full Pedrie Wannenburg adding a third try before half-time.
The visitors led 20-6 after the interval. A Tom Riley converted try for the Dragons was the only score of the second half, as Ulster held on for victory.
The province finished third in the League and will now travel to the RDS next Friday for what is sure to be a compelling derby clash. Time Line
